Special Recipe Sauce for Chicken

Method

Smear serving plates with the marmalade, chilli sauce and plum mixture

Baste chicken strips with the vinegar and olive oil mixture

Season and lightly fry chicken strips until tender in a little butter or olive oil

Serve with any Italian bread a simple green salad and a crisp young white wine.

Ingredients

1lb chicken breasts cut into thin strips

1tbsp each of tangerine marmalade, chilli sauce and plum sauce well mixed

2tbsps each of balsamic vinegar and olive oil well mixed

salt and black pepper
