Chorizo and Tomato Pasta

Serves 3-4

Method

Fry the chorizo and garlic in a heavy-bottomed pan

Add the tomatoes and continue to fry until softened

Add the mushrooms, jar of sauce and olives

Cook for 5 minutes

Add a squeeze of lemon juice

Stir in the crème fraiche

Serve with penne or fusilli pasta

Ingredients

100g Chorizo slices

1 or 2 cloves of garlic, sliced

100g cherry tomatoes, halved

A handful of mushrooms, sliced

A handful of green olives

1 x Jar Sacla Olive & Tomato Sauce

Juice of 1 lemon

A dessert spoon of crème fraiche
