Serves 4-5
Prepare the sauce first:
Add 2 tbsp of the Sesame Oil, the Soy Sauce, honey, coriander, lemon juice and chilli sauce
In a wok, fry the prawns in 1 tablespoon of sesame oil until cooked
Stir in the asparagus and fry until they turn bright green
Add the spinach leaves and cook until wilted, stirring continuously
Pour in the sauce and add the noodles.
Stir and serve
100g asparagus tips
200g spinach
200g medium noodles
For the sauce
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp light Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli dipping sauce
Juice of 1/2 lemon
A good handful of fresh coriander, leaves picked and finely chopped
1 tbsp honey
1 clove of garlic, crushed
